We are seeking ambitious, tenacious, results-focused, CFD/FX sales staff to join our Melbourne-based team. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle from contacting warm leads to reactivating dormant clients. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively build rapport, identify sales opportunities, and seamlessly navigate dealing with a retail client. You must be highly organized and proficient in time management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales covering for CFD & FX trading via the phone, email, live chat, and face to face.
- Convert leads into active trading clients
- Reactivate inactive clients
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Develop new business opportunities
- Advising self-directed clients on the use of platforms, trading products and services offered
- Assist with seminars, webinars, and client events as required
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting in resolving disputes, complaints, and general inquiries
- Provide feedback to Marketing and the business regarding the success of campaigns and client requirements
- Ongoing competitor analysis
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable
- 1+ years of experience in financial markets sales
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Genuine passion for financial markets
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Additional language skills are an advantage
