Managing the Southern NSW territory, you will identify & developnew B2B businessopportunities promoting our market leading santising & cleaning solutions within theIndustrial and Institutionalsegment (eg manufacturing, food service, hospitality, education).
The role will also manage relationships with our network of distributors (Blackwoods, Bunzl etc), working together to secure new end-users, maximise sales and provide exceptional account management.
This is an in-field role, so previous experience in hunting B2B sales and a drive to manage your territory (south of the Great Western Hwy and Eastern Suburbs spilt between our other amazing sales exec)is essential.
About the Role:

  • Hunt, qualify, approach and close deals with new enders utilising and leveraging ourCRM (Salesforce)
  • Liaise with key partners i.e.distributor salesand account managers to establish the best methods of sales promotional activities
  • Develop and update knowledge of ourskin care products and hand hygiene principlesto distributor employees and end-users
  • Manage all major opportunities through the SCJ Professional pipeline process
  • Conduct product trials and training ensuring products are fit for purpose
  • Sales & marking review and analysis
  • Activate and drive formal presentations of products
  • Attend promotional events and drive product displays
  • Local Relationship Management as well as promotional work inmetro and southern regional areasincluding end-user and distributor visits as well aslead generation and product installation
About You:
  • Previous Field Sales / Territory Management experience within the Industrial, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage / FMCG sectors.
  • Experience withSalesforce
  • Strong time and territory mapping and planning
  • Befield basedand driven tohunt New Businessopportunities
  • Consultative sales experience with expertise in 'solution' selling
  • Demonstration of a successful track record in growing sales revenue
  • Sound computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Candidates must have unrestricted working rights within AUS and be Covid-19 vaccinated
