- Clarity, not Doubt: ask the hard questions, if in doubt then ask, if not a fit then inform them.
This role is a member of the Sales team and reports directly to the Sales Manager role.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Conduct First Time Appointments that provide value to our prospects by uncovering pain.
- Conduct Quarterly IT Updates that provide value to our Warm 250s by reframing that the future state is better than the current state.
- Generate new-logo MRR (monthly recurring revenue) from the PBR (prospective business report).
- Nurture business relationships to build a referral pipeline.
- Participate in the First 90 Day process to ensure new customers are on the journey to being raving fans.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing/Information Technology
- IT industry-related certifications
- NSW Class C Driver Licence
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably at least 2 with an MSP.
- Knowledge of IT systems, cyber-security, Microsoft 365, and applications software.
- Experience in communicating via meetings and presentations with business leaders.
- Knowledge or experience in the TruMethods sales framework would be awesome.
