The Role:
With a view to continue this growth and further establish existing and new clients we are searching Sydney for a Sales and Business Development Manager. Through your experience and knowledge you will be responsible for setting and delivering the sales strategy and reporting directly in to the Director.
Your main focus will be to establish and convert new and existing relationships into key accounts for the business and extend contacts across clients to ensure you are maximising exposure. You will be responsible for exceeding all sales targets set and generate leads through client research.
Knowledge of air conditioning sales & a network of relationships across wholesalers, builders and contractors will certainly set you up for success in the short and long term.
This role is based in the Upper North Shore region of Sydney.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrate sales experience within the construction industry - preferably with an air-conditioning background.
- Established track record of selling to wholesalers, contractors and builders.
- Ability to plan & execute sales strategies with a results focused approach.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid drivers licence will be required as you will be required to travel to various sites and territories carrying out your work.
This role will be paying a generous base salary of $100K - $120K (+ bonuses and incentives) depending on experience plus a dual cab ute to use for personal and business as needed.
