Edge is a sales-oriented business and we are looking to grow our in-house sales team.
The Role
The position is responsible for selling residential off-the-plan and completed apartments, to deliver against key sales objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Tasks:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Edge product, specifically those project/s allocated;
- Provide excellent client service to all prospects and purchasers throughout the customer journey;
- Respond to all leads generated and provided by Edge in a timely fashion and per provided Sales Protocols and expectations;
- Demonstrate strong CRM database management, ensuring all leads are monitored and managed effectively;
- Deliver high sales conversion rates from the abovementioned leads;
- Conduct display suite and apartment opens;
- Ensure sale contracts and other administrative matters are handled efficiently and professionally with the support of the Sales Administration Team.
About You
- To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a relationship oriented sales representative.
- You will be highly polished, self-motivated and possess excellent relationship building skills. Ideally you will have held a similar role within the off-the-plan residential apartment industry.
- Your highly polished presentation skills, intrinsic determination to success, and ethical and personal manner will come through in your passion with dealing with people.
