AddressIf you are dynamic and outgoing with a trade background and a flair for selling, then this role is for you.
Working in Project Sales you will be responsible, through phone calls, emails and site visits, to evaluate opportunities, provide informed proposals to commercial builders. You will work collaboratively, using training provided, with team members to leverage experience/relationships and knowledge to secure orders based on these proposals.
You will spend your time 20% with customers face to face and 80% office based.
You will focus on projects that include toilet partitions in commercial, educational, and public facilities.
You will be a critical asset on the team securing the future revenue of the company.
Job Requirements
Key skills and experience include:
- Prior experience and understanding of the construction industry and related projects
- Project Sales Experiance is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with joinery is desirable but not critical
- Comfortable working paperless with cloud-based IT systems.
- Ability to drive numbers and meet KPIs.
Additionally, you will be a commercially-savvy team player who is open minded and willing to learn and take on challenges. You will be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
You will actively drive sales performance and log activities in online systems and will take responsibility for business growth within a high performing team!
Your previous experience in a sales role will be considered but is not essential.
