DescriptionKey Duties include: * Daily Operations & Reporting:
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, handling customer inquiries, billing requests, and account administration.
- Drive revenue generation through efficient management of customer ticket purchases across all sites and departments.
- Support monthly invoicing, client reporting, and general administrative tasks within agreed timelines.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and understanding client needs.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle administrative tasks including contract management, billing, and invoicing with accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requests and deliverables.
- Client Support and Assistance:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing account-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics for internal review.
- Adhere to company values, policies, and health & safety regulations always.
- Participate in the annual performance review process and work towards achieving objectives.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Fulfil any reasonable directives from your manager.
ProfileSkills and requirements- Demonstrated experience in administration and account management. Minimum of 2 years is preferable.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients' requirements
- Exceptional written communication and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver support and results as part of a team
- Proven ability to problem-solve & multi-task within the scope of the position
- Strong commitment to being solution-focused.
- Ability to interpret, follow and effectively communicate OH&S policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and foster close relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of work
- Demonstrated aptitude for technical information
- Ability to learn in real-time and not rely solely upon direct instruction to manage own workload and outcomes
