About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate sales professional to sell apartments Off the Plan in a new luxury development targeted to the downsizing market in Southport.
Responsibilities:
- Community engagement
- Display suite management
- CRM using Salesforce
- Handling enquiry and conducting inspections
- Contracts administration
- Reporting
- Purchaser liaison
- Event and marketing support
About You
Being results driven and committed to the best possible outcomes, you will also have the following attributes and experience:
- Several years’ experience selling Off the Plan
- Exposure to the seniors living and/or retirement living market
- Patience, empathy and a caring approach to client management
- Proficient with event management and community engagement
- Polished presentation and strong communication
- Strong prospecting skills
- Self-started with the ability to work independently
- Minimum of Real Estate Sales Person Certificate
