We are thrilled to announce an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive for two stunning venues nestled in the enchanting Gold Coast.

Position: Sales Executive | Wedding and Events

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland 

Salary: Base salary of $52,000, plus super, plus uncapped commission 

Earning potential based on prior sales results: $100K++ per annum!

About Us:

We are a tight-knit team within the Wedding and Events industry. You'll be representing two prestigious wedding venues, Kwila Lodge & The Bower Estate, renowned for their elegance and charm. As a Sales Executive, you'll be working with a reputable company with almost three decades of experience in catering and event management.

With a large database, and daily warm leads knocking on the door, this role will bring every success to a motivated individual. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities within the Wedding and corporate markets.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and maximising sales potential.

- Conduct sales appointments and on-site tours to showcase our venues.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.

- Coordinate final event booking details to ensure client satisfaction.

- Prepare booking contracts to convert leads into clients. 

- Liaise with event supervisors and venue management to ensure sales are consistent with the offering. 

- Any other tasks that are required from time to time as per the instruction of Operational Managers.
