Job Description
This presents an opportunity to join an industry leading team in Residential Project Marketing with access to a wide variety of projects across the Melbourne CBD and city fringe areas. Working in a highly successful, fast paced and driven team, this role will utilise your proven sales experience to ensure the ongoing success of the Melbourne Residential team.
You will successfully achieve this by:
- Working across a range of residential projects within the Melbourne CBD and city fringe – these projects range from off-the-plan, to under construction to completed.
- A solid understanding of project marketing principles and selling off-the-plan. Alternatively, an ambitious agent with a proven track record of high performance in residential established sales could make a successful transition into this role.
- An understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers to purchase off the plan apartments.
- Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
- Be highly organised and able to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of the Melbourne residential market.
- Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
- As previously mentioned, proven experience in a similar Project Marketing or general agency role essential.
- Your experience will highlight ability to service leads and high volume of enquiry to ensure that business sales objectives are exceeded.
- Strong ability to network and build strong stakeholder relationships will be evident, as will your drive to get things done using your tenacious attitude around closing deals.
