The RoleAs a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on delivering revenue growth within the public sector market of Canberra. This entails:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Canberra public sector market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key government executives to understand their needs and pain points
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Navigating complex sales cycles, including procurement processes and stakeholder management
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients, showcasing how we can address their specific challenges and deliver tangible results
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives
You’ll be given a detailed onboarding and induction process, including time with the broader sales and delivery team in Sydney.
The Ideal PersonThe ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in the technology sector. You possess a deep understanding of the public sector market in Canberra and excel at building relationships with top-level government executives.
Strategic, results-oriented, and with strong communication skills, you are passionate about delivering value to clients.
You may be coming from a Government sales environment, Tech sales, Executive Search (Recruitment) or even have a background in SaaS. You’ll need to be able to find areas of need and map the market to secure wins with decision makers.
Salary / Rate- $145k plus super and commissions, expected OTE $245k
