About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate sales professional to sell off the plan apartments in luxury developments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage retail sales from enquiry to contract execution
- Manage leads and enquiries using company CRM
- Manage relationships with channel sales partners
- Implement the sales strategy to achieve sales targets
- Assist third party selling agents
- Provide recommendations for marketing opportunities
About You
As someone who is results oriented and committed to quality outcomes, you will also bring the following skills, experience, and behaviours:
- Significant property sales experience
- Experience selling off the plan developments
- Highly developed customer relationship, business development and networking skills
- Strong prospecting skills
- Polished presentation and strong communication
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently
