SalaryReporting to the Accountant and Group General Manager, the key accountabilities for this position are:Liaise with all domestic and export sales stakeholders and create all documents for domestic and export sales in a timely manner.
Export sales and documentation.
Domestic sales orders and documentation.
Sales support across other wine channels such as Cellar Door and 'Direct to Consumer'.
An element of procurement and costing analysis for goods and services
Other Tasks as deemed appropriate.Job Requirements Mandatory
Highly developed organisational skills.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Possession of high-level computer literacy skills i.e. Microsoft Office packages, operational knowledge of accounting and payroll software.
Ability to work flexibly in a cross-functional role, bringing a high level of operational efficiency whilst also being able to adapt to a dynamic environment.Desirable
Experience in Export sales and documentation requirements.The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the job alongside the current incumbent who is retiring later in the year.Initially this position will be a shared role; between shadowing the incumbent, with the remainder of the time receiving handovers on broader administrative duties.
