We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Force performance analyst to join our commercial excellence team as an SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) Analyst on a 12 month contract.

What you’ll do

As an SFE Analyst reporting to the Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you will lead the update and maintenance of downstream systems (Territory structures, PXR / TXR, Position management) to ensure accuracy and ensure all required policies & procedures are followed when handling and distributing data. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain integrity of reported data and provide actionable insights based on the data.

You will be a point of contact for the business on field force related data and performance. You will provide support and training to the internal stakeholders and help enhance their understanding of data and systems. While working with internal stakeholders you will also work on opportunities to overall improve, simplify, and automate systems, reports, and processes.


As an SFE Analyst you will be involved in the Sales Target setting process in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Essential for the role

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Logical thinking and solutions focused simplification and automation: demonstrated ability to resolve issues and suggest solutions

  • Experience in a SFE Analyst role

Desirable for the role

  • Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge of SQL querying  and writing

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry

  • Knowledge of Power BI / Equivalent Reporting platforms

  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM systems
