About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Burleigh Heads & Elanora store as a Sales Assistant on a full time basis. Key duties will include:
- Delivering a personalised customer experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively introduce customers to our products
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Continuously make recommendations to improve the overall business
You will need to have the flexibility to work a rotational roster which includes evenings and weekends.
About You:
- Keen interest in technology
- Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably within telecommunications
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
We are seeking candidates who have flexible availability and are able to work during retail hours. This role will include some weekend shifts.
