Our client, located in South Brisbane, has an outstanding temp to perm opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations Administrator. Supporting the factory and sales team, this role is on-site working hours 7am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including customer order entry, logistics management, and customer communication. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to upholding the clients' high-quality standards will be critical to your success in this role.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
- Previous experience with Xero/Myob/Unleashed or other cloud-based inventory systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy skills with the ability to learn other programs quickly
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with invoicing, managing accounts/logistics would be highly regarded
- Confident communicator both written and orally
About the role:
- Various administration duties relating to customer orders
- Logistics management for orders shipped both nationally and overseas
- Liaison with customers both front facing and over the phone
- Maintain professional communication and collaboration with fellow team members
- Upkeep and ensure accurate records of sales, contracts, invoices and other important documents
