Duties: not limited to
- Manage lead response and convert leads to appointments.
- Maintain relationships with prospective leads and ensure timely communication.
- Provide clear information packages to prospects.
- Assist with expos, sales events, and administrative tasks.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and manage client information.
- Lead a team of Sales Consultants.
- Facilitate team performance development and training.
- Travel interstate as needed and report on team activities and performance.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor of Business or similar qualification
- Experience managing competing priorities and achieving sales targets.
- Leadership experience in a call center environment.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accurate client records.
- Organisational skills and commitment to quality outcomes
Desirable:
- Experience in Retirement Living, property services, or community/aged care.
- Knowledge of the Retirement Living Act and Regulations.
