AddressAre you an experienced Sales Manager with a background in residential Aged Care? We are looking for a passionate individual to drive the sales and lead the admissions of a beautiful, state of the art residential Aged Care facility in Sydney’s South West.
The Role:
- High paying salary + Salary + NFP Salary Packaging
- Develop a successful sales strategy to achieve occupancy KPIs & sales targets
- Engage in the community, building key relationships with residents, families, stakeholders & community groups
- Organise and conduct tours of the Aged Care facility, informing new admissions about the facility and the services offered
- Customer service focused role, acting as the first point of contact for any general enquiries from new admissions
We are looking for:
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Aged Care quality standards
- Compassionate & caring individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with residents and their families on a personal level
- Passion for delivering high quality of customer service
- Strong understanding of Aged Care accommodation costs and payment options
- Amazing negotiation & communication skills
