AddressWe are representing a telecommunications compnay who are looking for a Sale & Logistics Administrator to joint thier team. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of their asset recovery and logistics shipping processes. This role involves a blend of administrative support, customer liaison, and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders and purchase orders with precision and accuracy.
- Oversee data input and flow for goods-in, delivery, and invoicing processes.
- Act as a liaison between internal sales teams and customers, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries.
- Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring all shipping information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare shipping documents, including purchase orders and commercial invoices, and ensure timely filing.
- Adhere to trade compliance procedures, including export control rules and legislation, and conduct due diligence as necessary.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
