The Role
To be successful the candidate needs to guide, manage, and develop the existing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. The sales team have identified 8 attributes a leader in our company must have to be truly successful and they are as follows.

- Have at least 5 years experience in managing a sales team in B2B Sales markets

- Be hands-on and a customer advocate at all times
