Currently seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join the Sydney team. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and overseeing a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural solutions sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and adept team management skills.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and market segments to fuel expansion.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales team, creating a high-performance culture.
- Establish clear sales targets and KPIs, conducting regular performance evaluations to track progress.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with key clients, including architects, designers, builders, and contractors.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions and exceptional customer support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on our diverse range of offerings.
- Provide expert advice to clients on product selection, installation procedures, and maintenance guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless product support.
Sales Execution:
- Drive sales growth through proactive lead generation, thorough lead qualification, and effective deal closure.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, quotations, and proposals in line with company pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions within CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural solutions sales, with expertise in entrance matting, tactile ground surfaces, stair nosings, and transition trims.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective negotiation and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and architectural specifications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary package: $140,000 - $190,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
