Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets through the development of high-quality business relationships and implementing a growth-focused sales strategy.
Job Description:Sales & Marketing
- Achieve sales targets set by the organization
- Develop new customers and market opportunities in Australia and New Zealand
- Maintain and grow business relationships with existing clients
- Increase Huisong’s brand recognition in the region
- Develop new products and services for customers in the region
General Management:
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop Huisong’s short and long-term sustainable growth strategy in the Australian and New Zealand market for the next 5-7 years
Qualifications and Skills:- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or business development manager
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Education and Experience Requirements:- 3+ years of sales experience in nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, phytochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
