Who are you?


We are looking for a genuine and energetic Sales Manager who has the experience and creativity to lead a considered expansion of the EOH brand.
The successful applicant will be able to draw on existing relationships and be proactive in making meaningful new ones - always with the brand and customer in mind. A hands-on kind of person who wants to get in there and lead from the front line but seasoned enough to be able to elevate out of
the every day when necessary.

You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with other members of the leadership team to achieve our strategic goals.

• Has a solid understanding of distribution and segmentation
• Demonstrated success in leading a methodical process of analyzing problems, gathering information, generating options, and then proposing and acting on a course of action
• A people person; able to inspire and cultivate a team and leave a lasting impression on people
• An engaging and articulate communicator, in both writing and in person
• Creative and conceptual with a proven track record of delivering and executing
• An adaptable, natural-born problem-solver with a solutions-focussed attitude
• Action-orientated with a good grasp of time management. Will take the initiative and get into the weeds, but also know when to delegate
• 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, consulting, business development or a related field
• Experience or demonstrated passion in the industry

What you’ll work on


Strategy
• Architect the EOH sales & distribution strategy including forecasting, goal-setting and sales roadmap
• Work with management to develop and implement a wholesale strategy aimed at optimising sales channels, boosting revenue, and expanding market share
• Work to meet sales, margin and profitability goals
• Foster and maintain relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders, to drive brand development and create tailored marketing initiatives
• Coordinate the creation and negotiation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and account management plans
• Create and maintain brand resources for retail partners, including launch bundles, price lists, and training materials
• Work with the General Manager to develop wholesale marketing plans, craft promotional materials, and retail documents and facilitate effective communication with our wholesale partners
• Ensure that Eye of Horus' unique brand and offering is upheld and reflected across all business activities 

Distribution
• Identify distribution gaps and develop innovative solutions to service them
• Travel extensively and work with key retail partners to architect EOH distribution and brand strategy
• Create and lead a new standard for in-store and online excellence - with a focus on customer experience
• Assist with events and community building in our retail spaces, promotional activity, and activations
• Work with the Marketing team to optimise the eCOM experience to improve core metrics and the cross channel experience for customers
• Identify, develop, and onboard new online and offline retail partners in alignment with our brand positioning and business objectives
• Assist in the coordination of wholesale events and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network of domestic and global retail partners


People
• Recruit, on-board and train required sales staff
• Coach and develop sales staff to meet their individual goals
• Build and maintain a fun, performance culture within the sales team


Product
• Track and measure product sales performance and be accountable for sales revenue
• Contribute ideas for product development based on customer needs
• Contribute to market research projects 

Reporting
• Working with the Finance Manager to analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance against set goals
