A Sales Manager position has become available in their Melbourne team. With their premises located in Laverton VIC, all their cars are on site, accompanied by the sales office and sales team.
Your main responsibility will be provide laser focus customer service when customers are visiting site to test drive. From there, you will facilitate the sales process and ongoing relationship management.

Description
Reporting to the COO and working alongside a supportive and energetic sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- Be the professional point of liaison for the company when customers arrive onsite.
- Provide laser focus customer experience with a highly professional demeanour
- Be able to build trust with customers by being accountable, reliable and informative.
- Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the logistics of the cars are all correct and accurate
- Liaise closely with the customer operations team on administrative tasks and ensure all paperwork required at the point of handover is completed smoothly, with minimal hassle
- Worked to KPIs set by the wider business
- Ability to interpret reports and graphs to provide reports back to managers
- Conduct test drives with customers, and be interested, not interesting (listen to the customer).

This is a full-time role, requiring you onsite the whole time. There are two shift options of 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. It is a 5-day week but one of the these days will need to be a Saturday as that's when peak traffic is there.
