Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dealership operations with effective leadership and a "customer-first" approach.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance profitability.
- Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring and motivation.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and elevate customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive or RV dealership industry.
- Strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional team leadership and management skills.
- Extensive background in sales with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
