As Sales Manager you will work closely with the company's senior staff to lead and ensure the Sales Department operates to its' maximum potential. Achieving sales targets, ensuring professional customer service, promoting ongoing business and working collaboratively with other departments being the basis of the role.
We would be focusing on those candidates who possess prior experience in a leadership or senior sales level. You must be able to develop, mentor and guide your team. Open communication, a proven track record working with KPI's, achieving targets and high customer satisfaction levels is sought. Our client seeks a candidate with a positive attitude, honest and reliable with a desire to achieve and meet targets.
