We are searching for a dedicated and personable Sales Manager to join this global business who is a major player in the Automotive industry.
Reporting to the MD, the Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and developing the Automotive Aftermarket across Australia and New Zealand establishing strong relationships with authorised distributors, automotive workshops, and retailers.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the sales activities for your portfolio of customers, fostering strong relationships and establishing yourself as an industry solution partner.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement levels are high.
- Define, analyse, and evaluate customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
- Analyse buying trends, data, and other analytics.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally a Sales Automotive Aftermarket position.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with distribution channels.
- A self-starter with demonstrated ability to build long-term strategic partnerships/relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proven track record of driving growth and development in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influential abilities to inspire growth and drive business success.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid driver's licence and a willingness to travel interstate and to NZ as required.
