An opportunity has presented for a passionate Sales Manager to drive sales at this
beautiful and iconic property. Few conference venues in country Victoria can match
Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 60 minutes from Melbourne CBD, 40 elegantly designed guest rooms and spacious lounges, together with 5 highly adaptable and purpose-built meeting areas, provide you an extraordinary unique and curated product to take to market.
You would have a seasoned industry background and demonstrable history of previous
experience driving sales, sourcing new clients, maintain existing relationships, maximising
sales and increase occupancy through networking, promotions and marketing.
About You:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Sales Management role, with strong exposure to
MICE Sales - Have an established networks in Melbourne
- Strong leadership and sales conversion skills, able to negotiate commercial outcomes
and hungry to secure new business - Passion for managing and maintaining key accounts
- Team player, great personality and passion for boutique hotels and the service that
matches the quality of our product - Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a dash of charm
- Success in selling via lead generation and cold calling
- Experienced, successful and passionate about meeting sales targets and KPI's
- Conduct familiarisation and site inspections with new and existing clients
- You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for their clientele
