Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders involved in large commercial building projects, including developers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for glass supply contracts in major commercial building projects across Canberra.
- Actively engage in the sales process from initial contact to contract finalisation, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal production teams.
- Proven track record in sales within the Glass industry, preferably with experience in targeting large commercial building projects.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction sector in Canberra, including market dynamics and industry trends.
- Technical proficiency in Glass products and the ability to provide expert advice to clients throughout the sales process.
