The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team as we venture into Queensland, an exciting new territory to contribute to the strong presence in Victoria and New South Wales. This expansion presents a great opportunity for personal and professional growth. As a Sales Representative reporting directly to the General Manager, you will drive sales, foster client relationships, and ensure commercial success through effective account management.
Key areas of Responsibilities:
- Ability to demonstrate sales pipeline over an extended period and deliver creative solutions to meet customers’ need
- Ensure annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded in alignment with the annual sales strategic plan. These targets include sales and margin, customer retention and new customers targets
- Contribute to the territory planning, implementation, and evaluation of short- and long-term sales strategies
- Reporting sales opportunities and account management through CRM system
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Have relevant experience in cabinetry and joinery industry and have a solid background as a Sales Representative or Technical Sales Representative
- Possess technical knowledge of the relevant aspects of the products required by clients
- Ability to work autonomously in a close team environment within the parameters of instructions provided
- Hold a relevant AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a relevant field plus 2 years’ experience or 5 years
