The roleCrown are proud to continue to partner with the VRC as we seek an enthusiastic and dedicated leader to join the team as a
Senior Event Manager.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Oversee the management, planning and organisation of complex events, weddings and social events held at the VRC.
- Negotiate to secure repeat business and produce required documentation including proposals, contracts, and financial summaries.
- Uphold and enhance ongoing client relations, offering expert guidance and management to ensure seamless event execution.
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Previous established venue event management experience within a medium/large company.
- A strong customer service focus, organisation skills, and time management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite products and event management systems.
