We now have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Leader to join our highly successful Queensland Sales Team. Reporting directly to our National Sales Manager, this role offers the chance to lead and inspire a team while driving our mission of sustainable excellence forward.

Relevant Experience:
- Experience in managing a high performing sales team with demonstrable success in sales growth and people development
- Proven track record of growing revenue year on year together with gross margin and profit expansion
- Proven ability to achieve KPI’s and target
- Experience with solution selling techniques
- Strong industry and product knowledge
- Experience in implementing sales strategy at a state level
- Degree, Diploma, Trade and/or equivalent experience of minimum 7 years in a relevant field or industry
