DIY Tiles is a proud, QLD owned company boasting over 50 years of experience in ceramic tile importing and wholesale and commercial. With an ever-growing client base and at the fore front of a new phase in technology and operations of the business, this dynamic company is looking for a new team member.
The Role
This role requires a highly organised and efficient mindset. The successful candidate will liaise with existing Clients on current and new developments and work to introduce new Clients to our products and services.
Daily duties include;
- Commercial Sales
- Communicating with Clients
- Monitoring incoming stock
- Monitor development time lines
- Processing of sales
- Quote and spec new builds.
- Communicating with Shipping Co Ordinator on stock purchase
- Product Development
- Networking for opportunities and growth
Skills and experience;
- A minimum 2 years tile industry experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Full eligibility to work within Australia
- Exceptional written, interpersonal, and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work within a team environment, as well as autonomously
- Aptitude in multi-tasking and time management within a dynamic environment
- Good understanding of Outlook and Office 365
- Good understanding + Interpretation of floor plans
