The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all their retailers receive inventory orders accurately and efficiently and that any related issues are dealt with promptly. They will provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting to the head office and the local finance team and ensure their retailers receive training in our product range.Responsibilities: The key sales activities undertaken by the successful candidate include, but are not limited to the following:Sales administration including the coordination of the sales ordering and allocation systemSales planning and forecastingSales analysis and budgetingManage the commercial team with 3 direct reportsManage the end-to-end delivery processDevelop and maintain a training program in conjunction with head officeOrganize and facilitate retailer's commercial sales training for productsKey Criteria:The successful candidate must possess the following necessary skills and qualifications:5+ years in a commercial position or similarLogistics and inventory experiencePlanning and forecasting skillsSound experience in financial analysis, including budgetingExperience in analytics and reportingCommercial acumenExcellent customer liaison skills and ability to create and maintain effective and meaningfulrelationshipsAbility to take a strategic view over inventory requirements and movementHighly accurate with close attention to detailProven ability to create and deliver effective training programsExperience in managing highly confidential materialAbility to deal successfully with deadlines and pressurePrioritising skillsSound interpersonal skillsStrong written and oral presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)Regularly visiting their retailers is an inherent requirement of the position; therefore, widespread national travel is required on a regular basis to ensure all retailers are well supported with product training.
