About the role
Your primary purpose will be converting high quality B2B clients across across varied national locations, ultimately resulting in the generation of a diverse and consistent flow of revenue. You will provide leadership and support to all sales staff and assist in achievement and accountability. You will own the sales vertical and thrive on driving it's success.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Effectively manage and lead nationwide sales team to ensure they achieve their respective sales targets.
- Identify weekly activity targets appropriate for sales staff, providing effiective leaderhsip in target achievement.
- Developing sales plans, outlining key targets and strategising the activity to drive growth for each quarter.
- Provide support to sales staff on creation and execution of sales territory plans for all other regions.
- Responsible for nurturing and conversion of leads provided through cold outreach campaigns / strategies.
- Regularly sourcing and qualifying new domestic and commercial customers.
- Accountable for nurturing existing leads via the mandatory use of allocated CRM.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies with all key stakeholders.
- In conjunction with local BDM's, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports, including setting & tracking individual sales team members budgets & KPI's.
Skills & Experience
- Awareness of effective sales strategy tools and successfull implementation of such
- Small team management with excellent leadership
- Previous sales management experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in prior roles
- Experience in plumbing and / or electrical industry highly regarded.
- Satisfactory National Police Record Check.
