Operating worldwide, they supply top-quality solutions for industries such as water treatment, air purification, gold recovery, and food and beverage.
Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in water treatment and activated carbon is preferred
- Sales leadership experience gained within an engineering, gold mining supplies, water treatment, waste management or otherwise relevant corporation
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality and ability manage proprietary data
- A team leader who displays professionalism, a high level of ethics and credibility
- High level of written and oral communication skills
