We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager within Sydney, NSW, with a proven track record in pumping and Water Treatment. The role involves driving business expansion and managing client relationships.
The Role:
As the Territory Sales Manager, your role will involve creating and implementing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals. You'll manage a specific group of resellers, promoting a wide range of Water Treatment equipment especially pumps throughout NSW. By cultivating and maintaining client relationships, you'll act as a reliable consultant, guaranteeing client contentment and commitment. Furthermore, you'll negotiate for in-store displays that support sales targets and actively pursue new business ventures to increase market presence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent trade qualification.
- Proven sales and target achievement experiences.
- Market knowledge across agriculture, irrigation, building, and or mining
- Attractive base + Super + Car
