Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients in the commercial and residential sectors, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, escalations, and support.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our elevator products and systems, providing expert guidance and assistance to clients on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Project Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to oversee the successful execution of client projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and objectives, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to optimize elevator performance and efficiency.
Training and Education: Deliver engaging technical training sessions and workshops to clients and internal stakeholders, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to maximize the value of our products and services.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in either technical sales, account management, or project management within the elevator or vertical transportation industry preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing client’s needs.
Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of elevator systems, components, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software or similar and Microsoft Office Suite.
