As the Account/Sales manager, you will oversee sales of quarry materials, sand and landscaping products, and ready-mix concrete across existing and future sites throughout North Queensland.
Your main objectives and responsibilities for the role are:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts to provide exceptional service
- Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Understanding clients' needs and project requirements, providing tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong focus on results and revenue growth
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
