About the role
Reporting to three Directors and working within a small team, your day will be diverse and exciting as you oversee the smooth operations of sales and marketing within our agency.
As a Sales & Marketing Administrator you will manage the property campaign from the marketing calendar, vendor reports to exchange & settlement of the property.
The role provides administrative support to the Sales team for all listings. Duties include: -
- Preparing Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotes and Calendars
- Booking and preparing marketing for upcoming listings
- Coordination of photoshoots, stylists, minor renovations, and open homes
- Sending listings live online, adjusting price guides or details as needed
- Preparing OFI packs, Just Listed/Auction/Sold Letters
- Attend OFI and by appointment inspections for sales listings
- Facilitating exchanges and settlements
- Maintaining records and files for each property listing

Skills and experience
- Ideally at least 2 plus years of real estate experience background
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Show stability and be well presented
- Strong administration with relevant experience working within a team
- A drivers license and own car are essential
- Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week
