As a Sales/ Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the directors and facilitating the smooth operation of our consulting sales processes. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting in the development of marketing tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through market research, online platforms, and industry databases.
- Use various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the director and team leaders.
- Relationship Building:
- Initiate and maintain ongoing communication with prospects to build rapport and trust.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences, providing relevant information and support as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between potential clients and the sales team, facilitating smooth transitions from lead generation to sales conversion.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and online lisitings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies, with a track record of success in generating qualified leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage prospects effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of the property construction industry and market trends is a plus.
