About the Role:
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting the Dental Sales & Marketing team in a busy and varied role, requiring a 'hands on', flexible approach to your daily responsibilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. This role is based in Macksville.
The role requires a highly organised person, possessing proactive and open communication skills, attention to detail and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The ability to travel both, locally and internationally, as, and when required, is essential.
Your key responsibilities:
- Liaise with key stakeholders and communicate product/service and stock information
- Project manage key internal tasks, from new product development and product launch plans.
- Project management and coordination of cross functional sales and marketing activities
- Maintain online product catalogue for business partners
- Maintain product information including product specifications, of current, potential and pending new lines
- Assist with sales and marketing plans and campaigns including the coordination of marketing materials and samples
- Prepare presentations, proposals and supporting marketing assets.
- Assist in planning for executing tradeshows and other marketing activations, such as conferences and webinars.
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in providing sales support or in an executive administration role
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong problem solving ,decision making, organisational and time management ability
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Excel and Outlook.
- Account management and previous marketing skills will be highly regarded
