Our client, a pharmaceutical organisation with an enviable pipeline and future growth projections are now looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager to work closely with senior management in defining and positioning the product offering and value added services. The role will be responsible for delivering this strategy through sales and marketing initiatives.
You will strategically drive the sales and marketing function to support business growth and ensure the sales team are skilled and motivated for maximum results. You will utilise key competitive intelligence to grow market share and develop a sales and marketing strategy to ensure improved profit margins.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in science and/or business degree and ideally a proven track record in sales management combined with hands on marketing experience from within the pharmaceutical industry. Also, you will demonstrate the skill and energy to motivate and drive to recruit and empower a sales team, and work with senior management to achieve desired business outcomes.
