Head office is in North Lakes, Brisbane, however, the role is hybrid so you can be working anywhere along the east-coast. It requires a dynamic leader capable of selling, recruiting, training, and motivating a self-employed sales force to achieve outstanding results in the direct sales industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship management: Devise strategies to grow consultant numbers, enhance sales, and leadership development. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key consultants, providing support and coaching to drive their success.
- Training and support: Lead and participate in the setup of regional events, provide ongoing field activities support, and offer targeted training and coaching to our consultants.
- Sales programs: Actively contribute to the planning and execution of sales programs and incentives that support market initiatives and drive business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in direct selling, with a proven track record in expanding consultant base and coaching teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- High levels of professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work independently and extensively travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Canva.
