The successful applicant will identify and implement efficient supporting processes and resources to positively impact sales team productivity and efficiency and deliver Sales Operations excellence.In this role, you'll be:
- Motivating and driving the performance of the Sales Operations team through effective mentoring and coaching.
- Delivering the analysis of sales team results and performance to goals, reporting on trends to the weekly monthly, quarterly cycles and identifying opportunities for optimising results.
- Optimising channel partner performance through analysis to uncover improvement opportunities designed to boost sales volumes and quality in conjunction with sales managers.
- Contributing to the development and management of an annual business plan.
- Motivating and driving performance to achieve sales targets.
- Considerable experience in a Sales Operations role within a growth industry
- Experience working in a sales environment where understanding of strategic sales process and the steps necessary to drive sales results is required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects for sales process or program implementation from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
