Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build a long & rewarding career in Real Estate. We are seeking people who are self-motivated & driven to achieve results, you will be a great team player who takes initiative & has a strong passion for our industry.
The Role:
This role is fast-paced & involves working alongside a senior member of the Sales Team. We would love you to have strong customer service skills, exceptional negotiation skills & a track record of sales (outside of Real Estate).
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for new business and database management
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Conduct open homes and buyer inspections while building client relationships
- Participate in In-House training and mentoring
We require candidates to have the following:
- A current Agents Rep Certificate (or be nearing completion)
- Have a current Drivers Licence & own your own car
- Extremely well presented
- Previous sales experience
- Have great communication skills & strong work ethic
- Madarin speaking a huge advantage here
