About the role
We are looking for a keen Sales Co-ordinator to help us grow our Australian and New Zealand accounts. Working closely with our Sales Management team, you will engage with our exciting customer base and high quality International suppliers.
We have a strong focus on recruiting and retaining the very best people in our quest to provide outstanding service and products to our customers. We are seeking a like-minded individual to join our highly regarded team.
What you’ll be
- Sales administration and database management.
- Prepare budget and formal quotations for our supplier plant machinery ranging from single equipment to complete turn-key bottling lines ready for sales manager to review.
- Manage and keep up to date costings and quoting spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and quality of quotations.
- Working closely with the national sales team to support new sales leads and funnel process.
- Coordinating the shipment of bottling lines projects with our freight forwarding partner.
- Collaborating with the Accounting programme to process orders and invoices and updating the status of machinery project orders on our suppliers
- General administrative tasks.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Managing email and phone enquiries to both new and existing customers.
- Assistant to General Manager for digital advertising and webpage updates as well as attendance at exhibitions.

What’s on offer
Role title: Sales Co-Ordinator
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Salary package details: $70,000 p.a. plus Super F.T.E.
Location: Golden Grove, South Australia.
