Qualifications & experience
- Experience with agricultural machinery.
- Background in farming or understanding farming practises.
- IT computing skills, work with Microsoft programs and CRM system.
- Ability to work independently and in team environment. Have initiative and be self motivated.
- Confident and friendly approachable manner with strong communications skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred but not essential. We value the person above the skillset.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities
- Maintaining & developing long term customer relationships
- Carry out machine handover and start ups on farm
- Attend machinery field days, trade shows & demo days
- Carry out on farm machinery demonstrations
- Overall promote brand awareness and development throughout all agricultural areas.
- Log sales data & activity on a CRM system
