Sales Professional

About the Role

We are looking for a casual, experienced Sales Professional. Availability to work Saturday is a MUST, and various hours throughout the week. 

You will be responsible for providing our customers with expert advice and assistance on their flooring needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and budget, and you will help them to select the best flooring products for their home. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales for residential customers, providing excellent customer service. About Impact Floors

Impact Floors is a family owned and operated, independent flooring retailer. Our opening hours are 9.30am-3pm weekdays and 9.30am-12pm on Saturdays. We offer a wide range of flooring products, including carpet, timber, laminate, luxury vinyl, and rigid/hybrid flooring. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services, and we are always looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ascertain customer needs and requirements
• Showcase and demonstrate flooring products
• Provide expert advice and recommendations
• Process orders and payments
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in flooring or flooring products is a MUST
• Ability to work Saturday a MUST
• An eye for colour, design and interior decoration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be personable and enjoy building client relationships
• Strong computer and administration skills
• Time management skills
• Product knowledge and expertise highly desirable
• Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
