THE ROLE
- Ensure all customers are provided expert and unmatched service every time
- Meeting sales targets and KPI's
- Assisting with driving in-store promotions ad marketing initiatives
- Maintain stock management/inventory control
- Weekend work required (essential)
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Create and maintain a positive atmosphere with customers and fellow team members
- A highly driven, self-motivated approach
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Assist with inventory, including receiving, counting and stocking merchandise
- Process payments on POS, credit and debit card transactions
- Would suit someone with a passion for all things barbeque
